We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Quick questions and area reactions (all optional): how you're connected to the area, your ZIP code, which topic you picked, your ratings and any comment.
• Community survey and Build Your 1,800 Acres: your answers, your point allocation, what you think is missing, and optionally your ZIP code and connection to the area.
• Comments: your comment and topics. Your name, email and neighborhood are optional.
• Meeting registration: your name and email (required to register), and optionally your ZIP code and party size.
• Email updates: your email address and which notices you want.

With each submission we also store the date and time, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your actual IP address. The hash lets us limit spam and repeat submissions without identifying you.

When you give us your email, we also record that you agreed to this policy, the policy version and when you agreed.

• To understand what the community wants and report it back in summaries.
• To confirm meeting registrations and send the updates you asked for.
• To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.

We never publish individual submissions. Anything shared publicly, such as charts or What We Heard reports, is a summary of many responses. We do not sell your information.

The site remembers a few things in your own browser's storage so it works smoothly: whether you've already seen the welcome screen, your answers to its two optional questions so the survey doesn't ask them again, and survey answers in progress so you don't lose them. This stays on your device and never reaches us until you submit.

A few companies help us run the site. They handle data only to provide their service:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly visit statistics without cookies.
• Neon hosts the database that stores form submissions.
• Resend sends confirmation and update emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.

• Every update email has an unsubscribe link that works right away.
• To see, correct or delete information you've sent us, email [PLACEHOLDER: public contact email].
