Yes. One infrastructure idea under evaluation is a modern, enclosed, solar-powered biosolids processing facility built through a public-private partnership. We're sharing it early so you can weigh in on it alongside everything else.
Today's permitted operations are separate from the ideas on this site. Any change, expansion or new entitlement would go through the required regulatory review and approvals.
Neighbors have raised real concerns about odor from activities on the property today. Several ideas in the master plan, including modernized and enclosed operations, are meant to help address those concerns. If you've noticed odor, tell us when and where, because that kind of input helps shape what comes next.
